With OU Medicine Health Connect, healthcare is available at your fingertips in seconds. Prescribed by your physician, you can access quality and compassionate care 24/7.
OU Medicine Health Connect provides a face-to-face virtual visit with OU Medicine’s comprehensive network of providers. Save time with virtual care visits for post-surgery follow-ups, when you are feeling sick, or have a question for your physician.

How OU Medicine Health Connect can support your well-being:
· For many patients, physicians will prescribe virtual visits for post-operative care.
· Instead of visiting the emergency department or urgent care for non-emergency issues, utilize the app.
· If you have a medical question after hours, a provider on-call can help.

Avoid the hassle of in-person visits:
· Download the app
· Select the type of visit
· Choose your provider

How do visits on OU Medicine Health Connect work?
After you enroll yourself (or child) as a user, simply select your type of visit and preferred provider. Select your appointment time and wait for confirmation. Once confirmed, visit with your physician face-to-face via smartphone or webcam.
We are serious about protecting your privacy. OU Medicine Health Connect is completely confidential and HIPAA-compliant.

If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.
